# Rage Quit Process

The rage quit process has been approved through a [governance vote](https://snapshot.org/#/incubdao.eth/proposal/0x27c77c38ab7dfdcd7d902abc6f930c477e1d6470aaac4d5cf2a9e67e78a6c315) on April 13, 2023.

## Phase 1 - from April 13, 2023 to July 12, 2023

ROOK holders can exchange their ROOK for pROOK and a pro-rata share of the Incubator DAO treasury.
